Mary Anne Harris
President & Founder
Mary Anne began her law firm career in 1990 and obtained her Paralegal degree in 1992. In 1997, she began as a law firm administrator where she reconciled escrow accounts.
During that time, she identified a need to provide the real estate industry with a more robust solution for escrow reconciliation.
In 2000, Positively Balanced was created to help law firms and title companies becoming compliant and reducing risk while increasing profits and improving business operations.

Business Development Manager
Jennifer brings to Positively Balanced a unique and comprehensive background in the title industry. Over the years, she has been involved in every facet of the business. Her roles as a closing office pre-closer and closer, and also a licensed Realtor with 23 years of experience, provide her with an invaluable understanding of the industry from multiple perspectives. Her peers describe her as a marketing creative mastermind with a natural ability to communicate effectively and connect with people. Jennifer's creativity, dedication, and people-first approach make her an exceptional leader and an asset to our team.

Outside of work, she and her husband are raising their three busy children, Drew, Jett & Annie. She can be found showing houses, cheering in the baseball stands or having dinner with friends.

Melissa joined Positively Balanced in 2019, bringing with her a strong foundation in both administrative support and accounting. She began her career as an insurance secretary while earning her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, a combination that has shaped her problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Melissa thrives on overcoming challenges and enjoys being a part of the collaborative, positive team culture at PB. Her dedication and passion for her work make her a valuable contributor to our ongoing success.

Cindy joined Positively Balanced in 2019. In her current role, she is a seasoned Manager of Billing and Accounting. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional financial accuracy with her bookkeeping skills. With over 25 years of experience, she is a self-proclaimed number nerd.

When not working, Cindy and her husband, Mike, love to travel and spend quality time with family and friends. When she isn't spoiling her grandson, Cindy is a coffee enthusiast, cat whisperer, Netflix binger and always on a quest for the perfect pizza.

Melissa has been a key member of our team since 2015, bringing with her 15 years of experience in the banking industry. As our Compliance Director, she ensures that our operations meet the highest standards of regulatory adherence and industry best practices. Her extensive background in the banking sector has equipped her with a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of compliance requirements.
